Location: The Children’s Ballet, Danville IN
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Ballet Teacher to join our faculty on a temporary basis to cover a faculty leave. The ideal candidate is passionate about dance education, creates a positive and encouraging classroom environment, and is committed to helping students develop strong technical skills and a love for ballet.

Responsibilities
Teach ballet classes for students of various ages and skill levels
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
Maintain a safe, positive, and professional classroom environment
Communicate effectively with studio staff
Follow the studio’s curriculum and teaching standards

Qualifications
Previous experience teaching ballet to children and/or adults
Strong knowledge of classical ballet technique
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Background check is preferred
